TSC needs to up its game in order to process i-140 and 485's faster. Although the USCIS website says 4 months for I-140, it takes well longer than that compared to Nebraska where AOS cases are processed very quickly...REPORT COMMENTS

Presidents and congressmen, It's a choice to be a citizen of a country. Especially of the United States of America. And the decision to be part of America has to be started from these whole time-consuming, life-dragging steps. Never in my life have I ever imagined how hard the process is. My case has been taken care by Texas Service Center which obviously way too long. My Priority Date was Nov 2012. Three years have gone wasted, knowing nothing but two words: pending adjudication. I comply to the law as much as I can even though I am way of perfect, but am I and other petitioners deserve the better quality of life and pay, which indirectly deprived from us by this "very slow processing time?" What we expect is simple, for Texas Service Center, especially, please take prompt action on this issue. Get the files from bottom to top. First comes first serves. One minute wasted, our life is wasted. We are immigrants who are willing to work hard, for us and for our country. Your prompt devision is tremendously important to us. Fon't keep telling us "pending afjudication message" for over three years. I am sorry, but it doesn't make any sense. Show us your reliability as onenof government agent, which can be compared to private.REPORT COMMENTS

TSC Director, Please, please do us, all the qualified, talented immigrants a favor! Please touch our case from bottom to top, first comes first serves. Speed up your work, for our time is tick-tocking. It relies on you. Every minute you waste, it means a waste on our life. Do you understand that! What a waste on our talent, expenses, time, not mentioning all the frustration caused by the delay you call it "pending adjudication or whatever word it is! Please improve your quality of work, prove that government agents can serve their purposes as the private sector is! Do not let us lose our confidence and trust on you.REPORT COMMENTS

Its really challenging that USCIS has continuously increased processing charges dramatically in the name of expediting but the case delays keep growing without ANY ACCOUNTABILITY. Can congress not privatize the USCIS functioning to make it more efficient?REPORT COMMENTS
