Why not 55%? Violent offenders enjoy a revolving door prison term policy, Many of them having criminal records longer than they are old Too Big Too Fail criminals of course should get no allowances. Ive been to prison before. I have seen people with more time for breaking into an empty car at night than someone with a violent crime and even sex crimes. 65% sounds reasonable for non violent crimes if they conduct themselves well while incarcerated.REPORT COMMENTS
