I have known this family all my life. Drugs are bad but so many other 1st offender are walking around on our streets with nothing being done. He has spent nearly half he's time he was sentenced for. This world has a lot more critical issues that need prison time. Please let's address the larger problems. Let him have another life with his family that cares.

My brother, a non-violent, first time offender has already served over 10 years of his 24 year sentence in a federal prison for a non-violent crime. He had never been in trouble before and this was a first offense. While in prison, both his mother and father passed away. Prison overcrowding could be a thing of the past if these non-violent first time offenders could see parole and could now become law abiding citizens. Thank you for making this a top priority.
