LGBT legal status DOES NOT EXIST. No worries, the persons which declare themselves LGBT do not remain without rights; will still have all the rights of ordinary people. ALL LGBT LAWS ARE WITHOUT OBJECT and therefor they should be CORRECTED / CANCELED. Everyone in this world gets a right based on a document proving the status for which they claim this right. In the absence of a certificate attesting the status of LGBT, this status DOES NOT EXIST from legal point of view. I refer to a document issued by a medical authority on the basis of extremely well-documented evidence, scientifically documented and based on universally accepted studies (e.g. the LGBT gene), which I will call the "certificate". 1. Without LGBT certificate there is no LGBT legal status; 2. Without LGBT certificate there is no LGBT discrimination or homophobia or transphobia; 3. Without LGBT certificate there are no LGBT rights; 4. Without a LGBT certificate, all laws that refer to LGBT do not have object, so they are inapplicable; 5. Without a LGBT certificate, there is no "gender ideology"; 6. Without a LGBT certificate, all expenses incurred with LGBT are a big fraud of taxpayers' money. The LGBT status cannot be just a verbal statement unsupported by a certificate. And what if you lie to us? In order to work in a hairdressing salon I prove my status as a stylist with a stylist attestation. To be accepted in the police forces I need the graduation diploma of the Police Academy. To get a right based on my age, do I present the birth certificate or ID card. What do you present to prove your LGBT status? Administrative acts issued only on the basis of a verbal statement, in the absence of a certificate proving the legal status of LGBT or observable biological evidence, are null. If tomorrow the city hall loses its minds and issues "Robozilistic" certificates without there being any certifying evidence of this status, does it mean that there is a "Robozolistic" status? Not. 2. Without LGBT certificate there is no LGBT discrimination. If someone amends me to discriminate against a LGBT person, I will sue it and they will have to show me what the person I discriminated against. That person will have to prove his/ her LGBT status with a certificate. Without LGBT certificate there is no discrimination or homophobia or transphobia; 3. Without LGBT certificate there are no LGBT rights; Everyone in this world gets a right based on a document proving the quality for which they claim this right. Any impostor can declare he is LGBT to get a special LGBT right. For example, it can get a job in front of other people who do not declare LGBT, even if the experience would not have recommended it as the best candidate. A migrant can claim he is LGBT in order to declare he is persecuted. The risk of fraud is very high, with no control possible. If you want to enjoy LGBT rights, you have to prove the quality for which you claim this right with a certificate. 4. Without a LGBT certificate, all laws that refer to LGBT have no object, so they are inapplicable. We cannot issue laws, give discrimination sentences, or grant special rights only on the basis of a verbal statement. A status that cannot be certified cannot be subject to a law. LGBT cannot get from a physician or a psychologist except a "clinically healthy" certificate because they were removed from the list of medical conditions. Sexual preferences cannot be certified and therefore cannot be legalized by anyone. Similar with the preference for sweets or watching the sunrise, cannot be certified. Without a LGBT certificate, all laws that refer to LGBT have no object, so they are inapplicable. 5. Without LGBT certificates there is no "ideology of gender identity and gender equality" Homosexuality is just a sexual preference and the transgender does not exist (not having a transgender certificate), therefore the ideology of gender identity is empty and null. We are all only men or women with different personalities. It's all right if a man is sensitive like a poet or a woman is strong like a mountaineer. That does not mean they have mixed sexes. Gender and gender identity are false concepts designed to sexually confuse children through "gender education". Removing parental authority by using the concept of "superior child interest" and subjugating society through concepts of "political fairness" and "discrimination" are instruments of destruction of the society. 6. Without LGBT certificates, all spending on LGBT is a big fraud from the tax payers money For who exactly are the money spent for? Is there a register of LGBT people for whom the state allocates certain amounts for LGBT programs in proportion to the percentage of these people across the society? NO ALL LGBT LAWS ARE WITHOUT OBJECT and therefor they should be CORRECTED / CANCELED. -

We are already seeing women and girls being victimized by male predators, claiming to be women, entering women's spaces. Karen White, Ian Huntley, et al. There are voices in the transgender community who feel it is acceptable for women and children to be sexually assaulted in the pursuit of "fairness" and urge society to "make the right choice." I have, and I will continue to make the right choice, to protect women and children in public restrooms, changing rooms, shelters. All day, every day. Not incidentally, we are also watching the end to Women's sports, related scholarships etc. because biological men are now competing with all their physical advantages intact. Higher testosterone levels, larger lung capacity, larger hearts, larger muscles...and they have the nerve to be proud of stealing from women. We've also watched men taking seats reserved for women on board, lists, advisory spots etc. essentially erasing women's presence, silencing women's voices. However much trans identified males feel they have in common with women, they are not women. We do not share the same healthcare concerns for one.REPORT COMMENTS

It is not bigotry to recognize the biological differences between males and females and to accept the truth that a person's sex cannot be changed. Anyone can claim the "gender identity" of the opposite sex, but it is harmful, especially to women and girls, if we put laws into place which allow anyone who claims an opposite-sex "gender identity" to be legally recognized as the opposite sex. For example, girls' and women's sports will be destroyed if "gender identity" rather than sex is used to determine whether a person is a girl or a boy or a woman or a man. "Gender Identity" also allows any man to claim to be a woman and enter women's showers and locker rooms, share rooms with vulnerable women in domestic violence centers, share hospital rooms with incapacitated women, etc. Unfortunately, this is already happening to a certain degree -- for example women are being forced to share prison cells with males who claim to be women -- some of these males are rapists and their female cellmates have nowhere to run or hide if the male becomes violent. Using gender identity as a means of determining a person's sex must be stopped. The best way to protect transgender persons is to create facilities, opportunities and sports divisions for them, not allow them to intrude upon facilities, opportunities and sports for women and girls.REPORT COMMENTS

My daughter is one of MANY kids at her school who think they are transgender. My daughter's teachers treated her as if she was really a boy. We had to take her out of school because they refused to stop. Her therapist told me that I must go along with my daughter's new name and pronouns. I have researched this issue to learn for myself. There is NO SCIENCE that supports gender identities. This should not be put into law. This is ignorant, dangerous, and must be stopped. Started seeing this occur in numbers way too many to ignore in children who have recently moved. With no peer group, they turn to internet and become convinced that the discord they are experiencing can be remedied by going down this crazy path. They are being used and parents, who often feel guilty for the stresses a family move has caused, are acquiescing because they are told by “experts” that this is the best course. I have been fighting this madness for over 3 yr. when my grandson, at not even 7 yet, and show NO sign of gender dysphoria before, because of home situation, decide he is a girl! His mother was so excited of the prospect of him starting PB's when he turn nine made me realize there is just something not right! A boy is a dress does not make a girl! Kids and young adults are getting affirmed in their new identities through hormones and surgeries. This is unacceptable! All they need is a good psychiatric treatment without the ''affirmation."Please, save the mothers and their kids from the wrong ''medicine" and help us to stop these horrible experiments on kids.
