Found me in contempt for child support with the reasoning that if I can pay a car payment, I can pay child support. Items that are used for the maintenance of my vulnerable disabled minor youngest, (the reason I can't work yet ), can come out of his SSI. My child support is not for teh benefit of the child. That was considered willful withholding of payments due. His other reasoning was I did not somehow manage to find pennies to fight to modify an order. He also seems a little hostile to women -

My son Kyle and I and what used to be five dogs, Patsy,Jessie,Tanner,Abby and our loved one Minnie whom we lost and three cats Princess,Tessie and Toby he was hit by a car . We are all victims of domestic violence. My ex-husband. Carl Danielson.is very.abusive to my son,the animals and me. We all have witness first hand what it is to be abused by someone you loved and trusted. I was with Carl for 20 years and still counting even though we are divorced and have been for a year. The commissioner kicked me out of my home without a job no money on hand and no where to live.Yelm has been my hometown for 16 years. Carl and I owned a home prior to our property in the town of Yelm. We need to start. a petition to change the laws on victims rights including our animals and fthe way the familycourt is runned. I felt extremely vulunable in the way divorce court is set up. I am afraid of Carl. his threats and his abuse . Thanks commissioner we still suffer. and abuse. I have been homeless for two years now. He is a filthy racist, he never listened to nor cared to listen to anything about any child's welfare. He stripped blonde women of all dignity. He is a sick individual who needs to be behind bars. After he stated I could not afford to pay the ex's attorney fees because of financial issues and hardships, he still granted her the judgment anyway, and continues to show favoritism to the opposing party. Gave me contempt of court for not going to mediation when indeed I had. i am legally disabled and he goes out of his way to make me the last one on the docket. Sick man who most likely has abuse against women issues and history and needs a psych evaluation. This man needs to be behind bars, not sitting up there with a gavel. A real travesty of justice. I recently had 2 active cases in his court room simultaneously which one is still not over after over a year. My 1st case with my oldest, he approved our agreed parenting plan with shared 50/50 custody and no support transferred but has denied me being a parent to my youngest and has kept her away for 5 months now. What a difference in his courtroom with pro se vs. represented. Being torn away from my youngest child has been THE hardest thing ever that I have had to deal with but I am so lucky to at least have my oldest. I'm a fit parent for my oldest but not for my youngest. Makes such logical sense. But I will continue to fight the battle and will never give up on my baby and I thank Commissioner Lack for giving me the motivation and inspiration to go back to school and start my paralegal program so that I can help people like myself who have been failed by our legal system and have to represent themselves. I now see reasoning why a parent would just give up this fight but I did not believe there could ever be logical reason why a parent would give up on their child before I experienced all this. This year long process that seems to not have a light at the end of its tunnel, has been financially, physically and emotionally draining. But in the end, I will be able to stand tall and say I fought this battle alone and turned a negative into a huge positive with new beginnings with my girls and a new career for a brighter future for our family.REPORT COMMENTS

My stepdaughter was "forced" to visit with her birth mother after the mother essentially kidnapped my stepdaughter because the father refused to believe the birth mother would EVER go against their drug induced pact - in late 2012 the birth mother verbally agreed to return my stepdaughter after a week long visitation. The birth mother refused and we were required to get a temporary custody order - even though my husband had provided full care for his daughter while even paying the birth mother child support for four years EVEN though my stepdaughter was always in his care. The birth mother, in my opinion is a sociopath, left my stepdaughter at 2.5 years to "go on vacation" only to return in January 2011 and then make contact with my stepdaughter on her 10th birthday January 2012. My husband didn't follow my advice and instead trusted what I call the drug addicts pact - about six months later my stepdaughter was reintroduced to her birth mother. In late August my stepdaughter was allowed to spend a week with this woman, a woman who left another daughter in Florida to hook up with a man receiving LNI benefits. The same daughter she left in Florida to hook up with a guy in Tennessee. This woman having three children, leaving each child to have another. The birth mother claimed that we purposely kept my stepdaughter from her without any reason. Our reason was obvious - the birth mother was and in my opinion is an alcoholic drug addict. The court proceedings were finalized in July 2015 and heard by a fair judge BUT should never have made it that far!!! The birth mother was absent for almost 8 years and actually in the state for the last year. She virtually kidnapped my stepdaughter. Commissioner Lack decided that there was NO KIDNAPPING, and that the birth mother should have alternating weekend visits without supervision. We had asked for supervised visits, that she be tested for substance abuse and that she be evaluated by a psychiatrist. The birth mother distracted the hearings with large quantities of responses to every declaration and finding from the guardian ad litem along with teachers and childcare providers. The birth mother blatantly disvalued their opinions with larger responses. Throughout the court hearings my stepdaughter learned how to lie, was encouraged to become irresponsible sexually active, to self harm through cutting and taking available pills, to self medicate with pot, and as May 2016 my stepdaughter was expelled from the eighth grade AND helped herself to her prescribed meds in a large dose and is receiving treatment at Seattle Children's Psychiatry and Behavioral Management Unit. My husband and I tried many times to give our daughter mental assistance but Group Health could never keep the same therapist, we paid out of pocket for a therapist out of the network. My stepdaughter was failed by her birth parents, the mental system and legal system and even the education system. We are now trying even harder toREPORT COMMENTS

Lack should be removed under because under RCW2.24.010(2)(a) Thurston County does not rate a commissioner until Thurston County's population exceeds 400,000 in population; and Lack has failed under RCW 2.24.020 to swear or affirm and subscribe a constitutional oath on file for the record. He should be removed for going against the constitution and persecuting men who claim common law and constitutional jurisdiction. He scoffs at the constitution and punishes those that mention the word. He should be removed for practicing law from the bench, and failing to follow civil rules of procedure for the state of Washington. He is a danger to the public because he presumes guilt instead of innocence and suppresses submitted evidence and testimony. He should be removed for being prejudice and bias against men. He should be removed for 9A.60.040-Fraud-Criminal impersonation of a government representative, or a public servant that does acts in his pretend capacity that is injuring innocent lives in the state of Washington.
