The Attorney General is supposed to be an impartial law enforcement official who upholds the constitution of the United States and shows no favoritism towards anyone. This position is supposed to be respected by all citizens and ensures that everyone is treated equally. Loretta Lynch has undermined her own authority and credibility by having a meeting on a plane with President Clinton whose spouse is running for the US Presidency and is being investigated by the FBI. She should have removed herself from this investigation process after this meeting took place and was announced through the media to avoid allegations of stonewalling and obstruction of justice.
