This NEEDS to be investigated and made right! If these animals were taken illegal, they need to be returned and she needs to be reimbursed for the expenses and trauma she has been put through. There are plenty of homeless animals needing help, and I'm thankful for shelters that do help, but we don't need this bad publicity nor do we need vital resources going to towards stealing people's animals.

i believe that dogs taken in this manner shall be protected from euthenization and or adoption, released to anyone until the legal battle has finished. the only time i disagree with this is if the animal is in physical pain or illness and needs veterinary care, then i feel the program or person who has physical custody of the animal at that time to be able to make all life fixing decisions,.i do not think they should have permission to euthanize unless there is no option for life at all.meaning that the dog /cat has no chance of survival and it would be in the best interest of said animal. if it could wait a day or two, or longer then they should be liable to contact the owner of said animal for permission for treatments and euthenization...unless the animal is suffering.i do not wish any animal to suffer needlessly over petty fights as to ownership .give the animal the care and treatment and pain management now and deal with the rest later. i feel that any animal taken from their family should have a due process to prove why, before euthenizing and or adopting/releasing said animal to anyone. this is wrong. animals love their himans and humans love their animlas(usually) and they should be treated like another family member.and the court system should realize this. i love my animals like they are my family and they would be devasted as much as i would be if this ever happened to me. its just not right. please take notice of these things happening and make laws to protect the reltionship between human and animal. unless keeping the animal in the household would cause imminent danger, illness, injusry or death, the animal should remain with owner of said animal while all court proceedings are pending.its not fair to have 1,2 or 3 or more years away from the one u love, and animals lives are short, thats a huge chunk of their lives in a legal abttle, away from the people they love, and the people away from the animal they loive, like i said unless u believe there is a real danger then they should remain in the home, make it so there are weekly checkups, unnotified so u can make sure the animal is ok...

Power & Money are behind most of these seizures. Whether it be Dogs, Horses, Parrots, Cats,Chickens, ect.Offen times the animals end up in much worse situations than they were seized from as they destroy the lives of the owners they have charged with Animal cruelty. Many of the so called Animal rescues especially the ones that only accept Law Enforcement seized animals have as thier Motto "Sacrifice A few for the good of the Many"!

Doesn't just happen to dogs and cats. There is big money for ARF's to make by seizing parrots, which they resell or send to die. I hope you get your dogs back.

PLEASE add BIRDS, Chickens, Horses and other animals to your petition!!!!!!!! Sooooooooo important as these are also seized illegally and often sent to their deaths, as mine were.
