I believe most serial killers start out this way torturing and killing defenseless animals then eventually graduate to a human life. Please do something now! We need to have stricter penalties for animal abusers. A slap on the wrist won't prevent them from doing it again. An animal registry would be fantastic so sellers can check on the buyer to make sure the pet is going to a safe home,not bait or to be abused.REPORT COMMENTS
