I called animal control on a neighbor with a pit bull, flea ridden, a huge chain wraped around neck, no collar, bleeding from being beaten, no dog house, dirty yellow water,, well still the same, and a warning, laws need to be stricter, and enforced. please help those who cant speak for themselves, all living things have feelings, the dogs are our companions not just a thing to breed or fight for money. thank youOct 13th, 2013Someone from Dresden, TN writes:
