Legalizing marijuana nationally will create millions of jobs and relieve stress of millions of Americans, literally. This will change the United States of America in a good way. And there will DEFIENTLY be less crime across the USA. This is for the good of America in 2016. Please legalize this NATURAL PLANT FROM EARTH. This country is wasting time and money putting people in jail for this plant that is made from Mother Nature. The US is wasting time and money on making this PLANT illegal. It is a PLANT. A PLANT FROM THE DIRT OF OUR PLANET. People from the 60s and 70s think marijuana is a bad drug, fast forward to the present people. This "drug" is helping people with physical, emotional, and medicinal problems. There's nothing wrong with making a natural plant legal to help people in need and relieve stress of the people of America. Americans deserve marijuana to be legal.REPORT COMMENTS

NO GUYS LETS KEEP SPENDING MILLIONS ON ENFORCING PROHIBITION OF THIS PLANT!!! Marijuana is after all a "highly addictive drug with no potential health benefits" according to the government, yet we see states in the US moving toward legalization, even countries. The government is denying citizens access to medication they feel is more efficient than pharmaceutical pills and locking them up for possession of marijuana. Ha prove the government is the real crook here.REPORT COMMENTS

I believe up to an ounce should be allotted at any given time and up to 6 plants should be allowed in a household.REPORT COMMENTS

Dear Congress - I believe Marijuana should be legalized, it will generate millions of dollars in tax revenue (help the national debt) and it has been established that it is less harmful than tobacco, alcohol, and other serious illegal prescription drugs that are getting in the hands of our youth. Thank you - MW - NJREPORT COMMENTS

I am a college student of North Carolina's Guilford Technical Community College who smokes frequently, not only for recreational use but for my well being. I take vyvanse which is much like aderol. For those who do not know vyvanse or aderol, aderol/vyvanse/conserda and many other ADHD medications positively effect an individuals way of focus however the side effects include a lack of apetite. Throughout the years of taking this medication I have slowly been killing myself because I am lacking nutrients to maintain a meta-physical and physical equilibrium. Once I started smoking marijuana again while taking vyvanse my appetite has increased dramatically. Now I believe that a majority of people would say that marijuana is, in some ways, beneficial for me and my appetite, however, what about school? Doesn't it make you slack in school? Well the answer is no. I am a straight A college student with goals and I'm creating my own path to success even with marijuana. One thing I encourage members of congress to do is smoke marijuana to discover the truth to these misconstuded claims that promote marijuana as an immoral act overall. Like they say, "you can judge a book by its cover". The only way to know if the book is good is to read it yourself. To further my reason, 11 presidents of the United States of America smoked marijuana. Did they have any negative opinions about it? I'm sure you can answer that question for yourself.REPORT COMMENTS
