People this is a No-Brainer!! If anyone feels that this is ok to do to any animal they do not have a heart or compassion and should not have anything or say so pertaining to any animal. Someone that would do this to any living creature is a threat to society. I would not want her in my neighborhood or near my child. There is a link between animal cruelty and other types of crime and voilence not to mention it sets the standards of what others feel they can get away with. Who does this type of thing? My comments would be exactly the same as Courtney D.'s of Madison, Wisconcin. I am in total agreement with the other concerned citizens of the world that justice must be had for Patrick, this poor, helpless creature, and charges must be brought against Ms. Curtis for the cruel, inhumane treatment she made this dog endure. This better not be brushed aside and treated like this dog is not important enough to pursue a case. If there is no consequences for this person's horrible behavior, then other sick individuals will think that it is fine to torture and neglect animals without consequence. What was done to this beautiful living thing is horrendous and disgusting and should not be tolerated! It is exactly the same as if it were done to a child or an adult human,this poor dog looked as bad as the poor people that were in the concentration camps in Nazi Germany! Send a message to everyone that this kind of thing(animal abuse)will not be tolerated or accepted anymore! Please bring this sweet baby the justice he so rightfully deserves,a slap on the wrist is meaningless and will do nothing but insure that this abuser and others like her can do whatever they want and get away with it and that they for sure will do it again and again because no one will stop her/him.
