Animal abuse is so common now because of the low penalties. Abuse is abuse no matter who or what it may be against. Animals have rights too, so if they are violated there should be felony charges applied. It's time the laws are changed. Acts of cruelty and violence must be punished to fit the crime. To many committ crimes of this nature and get nothing but a slap on the wrist. In this particular act of violent cruelty one man is smiling and holding a toddler and totally allowing the toddler to watch this act of violence. That in itself is a crime. I'd hope. Another man was watching and allowing this violence to happen. The man committing the crime looks totally out of control via the pictures that were taken. I would like to think that all the children in the house as well as all the animals in this house are taken care of by the law. This house needs NO PETS EVER. This man that violently stomped, hit, drug, and punished this dog will say anything to get himself off. This was all caught on camera. Time for a change Congress. One way or another.
