It frightenes me to the core to think what would have happened had this brave girl not taken these photos and posted them for all to see. What would have become of Halfton after the officer that was called to HELP turned his back on him and we didn't know about it? This barbaric man was caught red handed unleashing a severe and unnecessary brutal beating on this poor animal and these actions cannot go unpunished to save authorities from doing a little paperwork.
