I started being gang stalked around July of this year 2016 since then ive notice an influx of new vehicles in Skagit County WA state.Started noticing shopping two same guys following me now they follow me in seperate loolike government vehicles they tske pictures of me my car going to the cssino stores etc ive had others be on there phone say outloud this Liss is in here she lives with " " thought at first quincident but has hsppened too many times like im being pushef too leave. My phones been hacked over and over. One guy drives right on my bumper revs engine has shaken my car if im sitting in a parking lot has driven multiple rigs last wss a black f150 black rims looks more like an fbi rig feels like im being used as an experiment with my dsughter having my first grandson its scaring me too boot since ive told her about this im no longer welcome in delivery room because i sound crazy. Im afraid to take a walk diwn the street. I feel someones been in our house when were not here. Why are they spending all this money to survelince me i dont get it. I believe house across and behind are part oc this like they have thrown rock at my dryer vent outside more than once not kids either have. I know makes me sound crazy too boot this all started right after police snd swat surounded house on next street then gal who livef next door OD she wssnt the type to kill herself that was just sept 2016 her nsme wss Shadow Heller she had a 7 month old bsby and a 7,6 year olds slso.I knoe the cops had used there yard nite they did raid. Her 7 year old had to calll 911. Im losing it myself afraid now to be alone scared when my husbsnd lesves for work i csnt sleep due to the unknown not getting what is going on wish i had someone that sees it also and understands. I cant stop crying .Whst is going on? -

It happens to people for various reason for me it happen because I was informing the public about government cover ups. Most people are not sure why it happens to them. If you go to YouTube and search gang stalking or targeted individuals you will see It happens to millions of people and there's thousands by now speaking out about it online. I have been ganged stocked, even these guys will come up and use there cellphones and flash a infered blue light at me. All this happen when I sued lawenforcement. Still being gang stalked but I also became aware and I know cameras in the house and they follow me when I travel. I watch them as they they stalk me, and I take videos and pictures of them as well. 12+ years for me and the worst part is, I interact with these people on paltalk so I actually hear the same damn people in voice chat and on the phone, also tormenting me 24 hours a day only I heard them through v2k FIRST, then talked to them in the chats and with exchanged phone numbers. I have been a victim of organized stalking/mobbing and Voice to skull torture, along with remote neural monitoring, and remotely controlled physical movement, since 2012. I drank a coffee someone gave me in 2012, ever since that night, I have had voice to skull torture engineered on me, further developments allowed more than one person to be on my unique frequency, even at the same time. Masking voices, and morphing them.. After so long, this enabled movement of my tongue, which allowed speech to come through me, not just in my skull. this followed in a series of progressions to autonomous movement of my head, shoulders, hand and feet. this took a number of years to get this far. This started in Asheville, NC, and ended up in my hometown of Richmond, IN. I also had to deal with stalking mobbing at the workplace, with clockwise precision, nearly everywhere I go. I have dealt with nonverbal communication, that was meant to demoralize me, and also to threaten me. I have also dealt with this in Indianapolis, IN as well. Nearly everywhere I go. Most people in and around will run various scripted conversation, directed at me, within an earshot. I have also been slandered, and smeared. All of this seems to be spread and financed, with charge accounts, prostitution, and insurance fraud, along with various forms of trafficking. many are into revenge pornography. All of the municipal services, along with law enforcement, military, and fraternal orders are involved as well. Health care services are involved, and only wanna dope me up, and permit this type of damaging behavior. Vehicular mobbing is also been used in and around my location as well, as a means to communicate non-verbal threats and demoralization. I have contacted law enforcement, as well as intelligence agencies, the federal bureau of investigation, and the department of homeland security. This is a major security issue. I am a scapegoat for so many people it is ridiculous, and I have been going through this so long, has taken a toll on my life. I'm tired of it, it's dangerous, and I've warned all the aforementioned, that all of this needs to stop, or I would snap. The v2k or RNM torture has been going on so long, that I can almost profile those within the local community who are transmitting to my audio cortex. Whenever I profile them, or they know, I know it's them, or what they are up to, then an escalation in activity occurs, both via v2k and mobbing. it's an indicator. I have had more than one entire city do this, there is no way that everyone could deny it, even if they did deny it, which they try, proof is that their telecommunications have had to slip at some point in all of this, and intelligence agencies know this as well as I do. This has permeated every area of my life as well as all of my friends, family, and personal relationships. I have a huge list of people involved. I am put in many engineered situations that are to provoke me into conflict. this has been going on for 4 years going on 5 now. That is longer than a tour of duty in the united states military, and the torture has been so continuous, that I haven't been able to take a **** without having to deal with it. I even contacted the Brain Initiative, with no reply as well, since most of my communications are monitored, and controlled. I have had too many experiences within this 4 year timeframe, to even begin to list here. And too many times, have I verified that this is the truth. Please do whatever you can to stop this, it is torture of american citizens, and it is dangerous to the wellbeing and safety of those involved in mass intelligence collection of targets like myself. This should only be employed on high level intelligence targets who are enemies of the state. I believe this is a program designed to make drones out of humans. Many of the torturous things that have been transmitted in my head have included so many voices and variations, that it is ridiculous, schizophrenic patients develop multiple personalities out of trauma, and this is not like that. It's a plethora of different people, with their own agendas, besides schizophrenics don't usually have this many personalities anyway, and don't usually have these types of personalities. I am very coherent, and very understanding, and able to hold conversations quite well. I am also very perceptive. I know how the health care industry is involved through doctors that drain people of medicaid support, and how they help cover up everything by diagonosing schizophrenia. This is wrong, and shouldn't happen on american soil. Too many people even if they are quiet about it all, or deny it to not get people in trouble, or themselves, know the truth, and their body language says it all, including their involvement guilt, and their ego, greed, malice, or pride at the time, as well as regret and worry later on, when their crimes are known to me. I really hope this petition goes through, there are many people going through these things, there could've been a better use for all of this technology, not this. Somebody should pay me billions of dollars, and I mean it, at the moment the torture has been going on so long, I would pay billions of dollars to shut if off if I had those kind of funds, just for piece of mind, so don't think that I am money motivated, but I would like piece of mind, open disclosure by the government, REAL THERAPY, that admits what the hell has been going on to me this long, so I can get some sort of healing. As well as amends to society and restitution, by the criminals, that have perpetrated my torture. It is against State, Federal, and Military Law, to do this to a citizen of the united states, and there is no reason, that anybody should be perpetrating this type of activity on someone such as myself, for this long of a length of time. It is ridiculous. I do not fear death. I am not surprised by much, and I really don't have much hope for this, or that congress would care, but they should. And Congress knows why.REPORT COMMENTS

Right now in Port Charlotte FL. The Charlotte county police officers are gang stalking the poor, the drug addicts, and the homeless in town. They are also using weapons of light to make the whole town sick. As I was walking down the street one day I seen metallic balloon in the sky and it had lasers hanging from it. I know there using lasers because they would be pointed in my eyes for hours days in a row. Now I have vision problems from this. I have been arrested by several of the cops who I have seen following me. So has my family members. We have taken pictures of licence plates and I even have a picture of a man's face who followed me for a year. I tried to go to internal affairs but I feel there involved. Since February 2015, a private police car or ambulance and some authorities in England began carrying out Gang Stalking or Organised stalking towards me. I felt since September 2015 like somebody was experimenting on me or just trying to destroy everything in my life! I was injured having random blood tests for months my arms kept going numb, I had to be rushed to hospital but was treated like garbage. A friend joked and said its an illusionist and psychic doing all of this odd type of stalking, I don't want to believe in this nonesense, I don't believe there are disturbed harassers out there. Things got weirder when my computer was continuously being monitored everyday at my home by some private police and ambulance services, they would drive me nuts blasting the sirens down the street or speeding cars, trucks honking their horns in cue to specific things I'd do online, like an email to a law firm about the discrimination or even typing the names of some of the individuals that harassed me last year, right in cue the sirens would go off down our street. Than the disturbing coincidences started, Im thinking some specific things an individual or something they "who ever the hell they are" would disapprove off what I was thinking, the sirens would go off!! a neighbour joked that somebody had set a loud speaker near the main road linked to my laptop but its not linked to my head? I don't believe in mind reading because I don't care for this, can't believe former lawyers and social services post themselves online as having the ability to read minds for $250 per hour sessions. However, the coincidences got odd as they were too coincidental, at the exact moments I was thinking something specific, not once but coincidentally 24/7 for 11 months. When I would step out of the house a creep neighbor would show up, watch me and follow me, people talking about me indirectly in shops about things I never shared online but they knew things that were about me, being spat at by men, almost run over by cars speeding at me, my phone was continuously being hacked into and computer, people shouting past our home that Im going to be detained, men getting out of their cars and urinating trying to hit me as I walk past, police covertly intimidating me to have me detained. I have had friends send me info indicating that some illusionist or mind reader whatever you call them, might be behind this harassing garbage that has wrecked months on end of my life. Im infuriated the police collaborated with this form of harassment, everything in my life has been manipulated and terminated. It's a form of mental torture ganging up on you by monitoring your computer, your phone, your home, following you where ever you are, some police illegaly monitoring your computer and setting off sirens or parking near your home to warn you their monitoring what your doing for no valid legal reason, after you send a complaint about them ( I never gave my home address) others trying to make you have a nerves breakdown, the whole purpose of Gang stalking. "No touch harassment" is what these illusionist get paid for one in america around $70.000. The most disturbing thing about Gang Stalking who ever is behind it is to cause the victim to loose everything in their life and ultimately wreck their health, covering up by discrimination or lies. With little or no evidence from them to get the proper support to stop it further, as its covert intimidation that may seem subtle to others, after 1 year of this, it starts to get to you! The government nor police take Gang stalking or organised bulling seriously in the UK. I just think its the local police and ambulance or a private undercover authority participating to bully and get me out of this area. I've been considered a to since 2010 after I had filed an IC3 complaint form about a totally different matter. (TPMS on Jeep Liberty/ cyberbullied) I am aware that I could be apart of another government run project that could be listed under psychotronic mind control using the "monarch system". The main issue is that these two programs are not compatible with each other. In light of all of this, I was awarded a lawsuit during my travels, Las Vegas, for the topic. The trouble is that I don't want to take electricity to a courtroom case. With the to benefactor, they or course are keeping me from the justice system in pursuit of regaining my civil and human rights. I moved to Harbor Bay in Alameda, California 2 years ago. I was recently asked by a neighbor to play a game similar to car rallying. The game was to follow another resident on other side of town. It was fun and exciting. It turns out, there are many people watched by our local citizens group, All of us have similar interests and seemed liked righteous people. Watching criminals should be duty of every good citizen. I was to be trained by others but backed out when I was told my duties. I am not here to harass people without explanation except they have been confirmed as undesirables? WTF? Others are followed openly to scare them away? I'm being targeted here in Escambia County, FL, stalked, harrassed, sexual exploited, illegal surveillance, voyeurism- that all started with my local Sheriff's Department with a drug investigation. When they couldn't arrest me, bring a case to court, they started harrasing me & sexually exploiting me. They blamed me for their case falling apart, when in fact it was my neighbor living next door who ran his mouth about the illegal voyeurism that was being extracted from my apartment, via their hidden surveillance cameras/equipment. He wasn't the only one involved either, the neighbors living in the adjacent apartments were also helping with the voyeurism & knew exactly what was going on. I have been a victim of community stalking for about seven years, and I have lived in two different states since leaving California. I have been targeted with various "Directed Energy Weapons" for the last 4 years. I am not allowed to sleep for more than a couple of hours, and I am constantly weak and sick if I am at home. If I leave my house and go someplace rural (like the woods that I live near) then (mostly) all my symptoms clear up within hours... but then I must return home and it starts up again... I am so weak and sick from this Torture Program... this has happened in every new place I have moved to in the last 3 years since I left California... I have little money so I must stay home, and my health is getting progressively worse... My family acted like I am paranoid and shunned me when I told them about this 4 years ago... But Now my 71 year old Mom and 67 year old Viet Nam Vet Uncle DO believe me, because they realized that they were suffering from the same sores, small flesh burns, and that weird sensation of electricity being beamed through their bodies... I feel vindicated that they believe me now, but it breaks my heart that they are both now very weak and sick like I am... and the reality is that no one is actually going to help us... we will likely die this way. I was friends with Myron May after revealing to him stuff that I perhaps shouldn't have. I have endured pure hell and documented proof of DHS gang stalking along with Citizens Corps which uses Neighborhood Watch Groups to target people. Local Fusion Centers and other agencies such as the FBI are involved in gang stalking which is an activity proven to be linked to horrible events since terrorzing people is illegal in accordance to U.S laws and International laws. I feel any agency that is involved in gang stalking should be deemed a domestic terrorist group. I urge Congress to help purge America of tax funded terrorist groups operating out of the scope of U.S laws.
