This organized stalking business needs to end! This is a very hard trial for anyone. Two things that will help get you through it-Faith and Gut Feeling. If you have a friend who insists on you going somewhere you don't want to go-Don't Go. For personal peace of mind any friend who starts acting really weird talking about a census taker coming around who told them you can do something for your country by signing this census information. The only problem was there was no census in that year.If you have a neighbor who tells you she can listen to phone conversations thru her microwave oven watch out! If you have a friend who is calling your relatives when they know damn well that you are not home and try to find out where you are-Watch Out! If you have a friend whose friendship you broke off with because they were meddling too much in your personal life and being too nosy about your comings and goings and calling your immediate family members to find out where you are and then close to ten years later this person calls you and wants to be your friend again.Don't do it! Never trust that person again! I put this person to the test and she was attempting to do the same crap she was doing 8 to 10 years ago! How to take care of these people.CUT THEM OFF! Don't change your telephone number you've had for years. There not worth the expense but I would suggest permanent answering machine which is another word for forward call select.It is cheaper than voicemail. It is a nice way of telling them I don't trust you and I don't appreciate your fishing for personal information on friends and family of mine that are absolutely none of your damn business and I want you out of my life! If you call block them it could make them hostile at least this way they will think your busy.Privacy Manager and Anonymous call rejection should also be added to all phones for crank callers and fraudulent telemarketers and donation takers.Have door guards on all doors,windows and even a bolt on the garage door to help prevent lock picking and bump keying.There is even a new door guard that is a combo that keeps the door knob and deadbolt from being lock picked or bump keyed! Keep an eye on your neighbors. You get a neighbor whom you have never gotten close with all of a sudden want to get chummy. A neighbor who has basically ignored you for several years or harassed you-WATCH OUT! check your neighbors if you can't afford a private investigator get a reputable background check company or you can look up court records for free in some counties online or you can look them up in a court house.Many multistalkers are unfortunately one's neighbors.You have a neighbor who starts acting like your home and private property are theirs.Trespassing in both your front and backyards.Having the audacity to ask for a copy of your house key when they are not even a close or personal friend.Opening your front door without knocking or ringing the doorbell and just walking in your house without an invit -

Kimberly Spellmon 921 Oliver Ave North Minneapolis, MN 55411 April 9th, 2013 City Hall ATTN: Don Samuels 350 S 5th St, Minneapolis Room 317 Environmental Racism in North Minneapolis Project I started the Environmental Racism Project in North Minneapolis because I have gotten no to very inadequate responses when addressing city council members or the minneapolis park board concerning their destruction of nature in North Minneapolis. For the past 2 years I have been followed, stalked and harassed by the city of minneapolis, minneapolis park board, minneapolis police and gang members simply because I walk or bike several times a week along a path in my neighborhood. Trees that I enjoyed or stood under were cut down or over pruned so they would not flower any more, A wildflower garden that I enjoyed was mowed down, burned down and then continuously mowed down. Gang graffiti was written on a park bench that I walked past and on the sidewalk a block away from house. When I last emailed the council member in my neighborhood about the over pruning of trees in the area there were 2 new trees planted about a block away from me which may or may not even make it, but along the path that I walk I continued to see over pruning of trees. Does anyone know how long it takes for a tree to grow up tall enough for you to stand under it? I will show you a couple of pictures of trees on my block but this does not do justice for what is happening. Any news media or concerned individual that would like to take pictures from Queen Ave N to Aldrich Ave North from Plymouth Ave to Olson Hwy in assisting me with this project would be appreciated. When I take my walk or bike to the park to enjoy sunshine or to get groceries, along the way I may sit and sun gaze, exercise or feed the birds and other animals. I bother no one. I do not seek out people. I am a Sun Goddess who just wants to enjoy nature which is my real world. I don?t even want to take this time to complain to anyone. But since so much damage was done to the trees in my neighborhood during the winter when I wasn?t walking very much I knew it was time to speak on this because it is only getting worse. So I started going to meetings and decided to start this project because I refuse to be ignored. Recently I wrote 2 facebook rants to the city of Minneapolis and Minneapolis park board with no response. If you are an environmental organization that gives out awards to cities that have such double standards I challenge anyone to take pictures of trees in your neighborhood and then in my neighborhood and you will see a huge difference and you might want to rethink the award you just gave them unless you are only there to hand out awards while they destroy nature in my neighborhood. I am a victim of gang stalking and work place mobbing for 7 years now. I got to know this in 2010 when I first noticed people at work acting in a weird way. Some of them were rude. Some of them jumped on me when I walk on corridors. Some of them talked about my very personal stuff in front of me. Later this turned out to be community mobbing when I started telling this to my friends. Apparently they have created a network using my friends, civil organizations like neighborhood watch, religious organizations and some big corporations, some police officers, city utility workers etc. Apparently there are some local group leaders. They are the one who control my life. They share all my personal information with my friends, co workers, strangers. But most of the time stalkers take something out of context and share it with other people. They spread twisted lies. One of their goal is to turn other people against me using any kind of difference between that person and I. It could be racial, religious, political, skin color, social status or anything that can be used. There are many groups in my gang stalking circle. None of them tell me how they get my personal information. But I must tell you that not everyone is bad. Only some people are evil. Most of people in the bottom of the gang stalking pyramid have no idea what is going on. Some of them think what they do is small joke or they are just being sarcastic or something. This is because they don't see the whole picture. They don't know this is well coordinated mind control techniques. They don't know this is mental torture. They don't know other types of harassment the TI is going through such as cutting off while driving, people block TI;s way when walking at public places, noise campaign by neighbors such as banging the wall or door slamming, loosing jobs, financial losses, damage to electronics equipment like TVs, DVD players, brightening when driving at nights, being followed by strangers , showing up police cars so often, even electronic harassment etc. It is extremely difficult to make new friends or keep in touch with your current friends. You feel like they are hiding something or they are not honest or you are betrayed. They can change at any time. They can tell something hurtful. You noticed that they act like groups. This is my experience. I believe that these experience can be different from TI to TI. Also I believe local fusion center may have some kinds of relationship to gang stalking.REPORT COMMENTS

I think that my psychiatrist(s) may have meant well, when they said that it was 'schizophrenia' that was causing many of my problems, but that assertion did not help me much. My neighbours ( who live upstairs) shadowing my movements, stomping on the floor over my head, and coming out of their apartment as soon as I come out, is not a part of schizophrenia. A caravan of cars beeping their horns and screeching their tires as soon as I exit my residence, is not schizophrenia. Whenever I would begin to pray at night, and people would stand down in the courtyard beneath my window, and start shouting, so as to seemingly attempt to distract me from worshiping GOD, is not schizophrenia. On april 19th. 2009, when I suggested over my home phone to a friend that: "Bush and Cheney should have to testify ( this time under oath ) at a "new' 911 commission" and I was brutally assualted on a bus stop in Jamaica Queens N.Y. 45 minutes after I made that statement, is not schizophrenia. Sad to say my son is one of them trying to destroy the one that gave birth and nurtured him and he still lives eith me but not for long. I found out that he is the one thats giving them all my business. I am a victim of Community- based harassment and gangstalking. The people that are used to carryout the gangstalking activities are completely ignorant of the whole situation and are told on a updated basis wrong information about me to motivate their orders or are bribed with monies, cars, and promotions.Anyone who has any contact with me in any shape or form is recruited. Gangstalkingactivites are done by friends, family members, co-workers, neighbors and strangers. This has gone on for too long. These gangstalkers have ruined coutless romantic relationships that I may have had and has tried to alienate from my family and friends. They have purposelyput people around me into positions so that they become desperate for help and then they come riding in with a deal. Something that sounds harmless to most people but it is very harmful. Also law enforcement in my area is also involved so I get no help from them. My house was brokem into but nothing vandalized. I have had people stick used condoms in my car right outsid emy home. My car alarm would go off 5 or 6 times a night. Rumors and Slander has been spread to anyone who will listen. My phone is tapped, my emails are intercepted voicemails left on my answering machine has been tampered with. I have not received important emails. I have sent important emails that never go to to whom it was suppose to. I am followed of a daily basis. where ever I go I flew on a plane to a different city and was followed by a gangs talker. People are sent in to wherever I work just to complain about my job performance. I have been falsely accused of stealing things. Whereever I work "new people" come that are specifically difficult to deal with or are poor employees and hard to work with. Everyone I know has been interviewed by these people my whole life it seems is on a hardrive. Pesonal problems fears and annnoyances are exposed then delivered. I am humiliated on a daily basis. My case involves more than a hundred people and each little group or person is told something different to keep things going. If I am interested in someone a person is hand delivered to that person or a situation arises that stops it or they are told lies about me and it is ended.REPORT COMMENTS

I have been stalked at work, school and shopping centers. Some of the perps are infiltrated in my kids school. I have been blacklisted from getting employment and their is some kind of Slander of lies going around about me to assasanate my character. Been Gangstalked for over two years dating back at the end of 2010. They have caused me to take actions which have drove away all my friends and girlfriend. They keep saying I will get back together with my girlfriend, but also that its ok that they made me drive her away because she is not good for me and that she would have left me anyway. We had problems, but were trying to work things out. We planned on marrying each other someday. Now from the info I read about all this they will never stop doing all this stuff to me. I just want to be off the target list. I have been gang stalked, electronically tortured for years and for the longest time could not figure out why until I got into school and read reports such as these. I am a student at a university going for my bachelors of science in space studies and if this is the government that has been doing this to me that is sick. I have been disturbed at my home , when I am trying to sleep. I have experienced body, neck, back and head pains off and on. I have had bizzare ringing in my ears which sound like a high pitched sonic signal off and on as well. Whenever I call my girlfriend or tell someone about it magically stops. I have had african americans who seem to be gang members stalk me as well. Giving me dirty looks and sitting out front of my house blaring their stereo systems for hours at a time. This shows me I am being stalked. I have lost all of my family and friends due to this nonsense, they all of a sudden turned on me for no reason and its like nobody wants to be my friend. When it all started years ago , whoever is doing this to me framed me back in 2008 with hydrocodone by giving me severe teeth pain when i could not afford a dentist. I tried my hardest to show the courts that I am not a drug addict and I had the pills because of my teeth. I was tortured and forced to buck out on my probation over and over by means of electronic torture or unknown technology, which in the end put me in jail for a year for no damn reason! They tried to force me to do mh exams that i do not need! I now live alone in cocoa florida and this torture crap is still done on me off and on. I will not go to the police because many of them I feel are crooked and helping who ever it is do this to me. I have a life to life, two daughters, a career to study for and I wanted to post this and let congress know this is happening to me here in florida and I have read reports by other Floridian's going through the same thing. I wish I had my career already so that I would have available technology and resources to use to find out who is doing this, but I do not graduate until 2013 or 14. However , once I graduate I will use my skills and available technology to track down who ever is doing this if you aren't going to do anything congress. I mean comon!, What is this America? I'm originally from Pawhuska ,OK. In Osage County. I have been hit with several different electronic weapons. In the beginning I noticed I was being followed. After this for a period of about two months myself and a kid that lived next door saw flashes from an ordinary camera. They then planted a device in my house and vehicle that consistently sent out a wide range of electronic pitches, both high and low. After this went on for about two- three weeks, I heard a notice coming from my kitchen. As I walked through my house I was hit with a device that sounded like a camera with pictures developing. It made me think that two well known drug dealers from Pawhuska, OK were after me. I've also lost jobs to this nonsense. There are also other accounts of this happening here. A well known lawyer, doctor, and pharmacist were also subject to this harassment, who all committed suicide. I would very much like some sort of response to this petition.REPORT COMMENTS

My family has been "Gang Stalking" victims for over 3 years, 3 states and 6 addresses.It started with basic vandalism to property, neighbors acting strangely and has encompassed all phases; being followed, lose of jobs, home security alarm and security cameras disabled, residences broke into, a paid for, good car whose engine mysteriously failed, young pet bird killed, dogs leg broke, failing electronics appliances, phone and internet anomalies, children's belongings stolen at school, hospitalization from unknown form of poisoning, receiving opened mail, lack of support from local law, laser lights coming from micro holes in stucco ceiling, audible recordings of family members calling one another and now an ongoing daily and mostly nightly and early morning assault from EMP's of varying intensity and bodily effects; heart palpitations, lose of breath, involuntary muscle spasms/convulsions, hair tingling, vertigo, worsening eyesight, inability to concentrate and sleep deprivation. These questions arise: The ongoing pursuit from state 2 state addresses(FUNDING?), the electronic devices (HIGH-TECH ELEC.SURVEILLANCE . EQUIP?) and sleep deprivation tactics (GOVT. I would definitely like to testify against the "Perps" I have an account that is like no other.I have personally seen the Perps and their equipment. I interrupted their installment of surveillance equipment in the attic of our house in Stafford,TX. I shot and hit one of the Perps who left a blood trail and still have a sample of the blood soaked insulation. I saw two children accompanied by two adults wearing black vests with yellow cloth badges resembling FBI or DEA (badges;pointed bell hood and pointed bottom with eagle stretched out over top). YES I SAID CHILDREN! THEY HIRE CHILDREN! What a strategic advantage, they were small boys 9-10 years old. I would like to impart one more piece of knowledge to all those who are TI's. I read a lot of accounts on how TI's believe the EMP's are coming from satellites. I would like you to reconsider just for one minute that the "Perps" might be right there in your house with you and that they may be children. I am speaking from experience.
