THE INTERNATIONAL OPINION HAS AN EYE ON THIS AND FIND IT REPULSIVE! The are > 14,000 people in the US who has petitioned and plea the case of these 80 families. Please expedite the visas You said you are doing evething possible, but the priorties you set are wrong. The firs thing is to ensure the safety of the children already adopted but you don't focuc on this. You let our children live in unsafe conditions in Nepal in apartments which are not possible to child-proof and the small children of Americans are facing tremendous daily risk of diseases and real daily dangers by any meaure. Please don't just spin the wheels but set your priorities straight! After reading theses posting you may feel compasion on these familes but tell yourself that you are not able to do much to help since you are not high enough. In fact you can do a lot for us. Please pass these commemts to your supervisors so each reach the high-level people that established the new policies on August 6th. The have the power to make ammendments and modify them also so can all go home. - UNSAFE, HIGH RISK in Kathamdu specially for women and children in the daily basis. What is the point to follow your applications and proceses if there are only dead ends. Open the doors to our children which you claim to care about and grant visas for each one of the 80 children! Waiting for months is similar to denial, segregation, torture, brutality and hate - This is a hate crime! Please read all previous letters. We humbly ask you act on this and grant visas to the children. These families dererve it. This is nothing to do with further investigations or more evidences which are impossible to provide but a political game in which we are hostages. This is already confirmed from high-level reliable sources. Please act responsibly and let us out of Nepal by Thanksgiving

The cold-blooded civil war in Nepal lasted over 10 years (ended Dec. 2006). Due to the war thousand of people disappeared and have not been found. Four years later is still unknown if the disappeared (adults and children) may be living or death. ?Issuing a joint statement on Sunday on the occasion of the International Day of the Disappeared, the embassies said they have remembered all those who have been disappeared during the conflict period? It is WRONG to assume that 65 cases of children disappeared are due to abuses in the adoption system. The civil war and /or human traffiking of children to India are very likely the causes. There are over 15,000 children living in orphanages in Nepal. Nepal has granted only ~ 100 children to American families for adoption this year and has been very careful following a transparent process. > 14,900 children will stay in Nepali orphanages all their lives. The MAXIMUM rate for abuses (assumiming abuses in all cases, which is impossible) would be therefore less than 0.4%. While you celebrate Thanksgiving with your families this year remember that your brutal dealings and policies left 80 American families and their children exiled in a third-world country unable to be with family and friends. Please let the 80 famillies come home to the US with their children on time celebrate Thanksgiving 2010. G-d sake take us out of Nepal!! Savage, brutal, cold-hearted policies, anti-family, cruel policies were established since August 6 for our adopted children that ends in 6-9 months wait in a third-world country and end up with rejection of all visas (or stated in another way, is asking the parents RFE which are impossbile to provide) Please help us!

".....CASES ALREADY IN THE ADOPTION PROCESS WILL BE PROCESS TO CONCLUSION...." YES WE ALL AGREE BUT TO A NEGATIVE CONCLUSION OF REJECTION. NONE HAS BEEN APPROVED OR FOUND APPROVABLE EVEN IF THERE ARE CLEARLY APPROVABLE 80 US families are now effectively exiled and segregated in Nepal as the Jews were in Nazi Germany prior to War World II. I can not believe USA is responsible this time for the horrors and crimes of braking newly formed families. The Department of State has artificially generated a parents refugee crisis and blames it on Nepal, in order to use our distress to pressure Nepal into ratifying the Hague Convention in congress. There is no other reason why the DOS could not process our cases in exactly the same manner as they have every other case prior to July, 2010. These families are held hostages. ___ the children from adoption does nothing to help the kids. What DOS is doing is a CRIME against 80 US familes! Rejections or putting the burden on parents to provide impossible evidences resulted in job lost, family bonds brokens and a parents living in a getho in Kathmandu where there are trapped physically in this country: - are not able to leave the borders - our adopted children do not have acess to schools, proper health care and need to stay with us in a country where living conditions are unsafe. Is this the best for these families and new children? Please do not make the same mistakes you made with adoptions from Vietnam in the past and let us come home. THIS IS CRIMINAL! TRAPPING YOUR OWN PEOPLE IN A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY. THIS IS UNHEARD OF! A SAVAGE MEASURE! BRUTAL BY ANY MEASURE. A CRIME. PLEASE OPEN THE DOORS.

Please ensure families are made whole as soon as humanly possible. Administrative barriers can be dealt with and such good can come immediately.

Please allow these children to join waiting families rather than live in orphanages.

Please promptly develop a reasonable manner of quickly certifying the status of children neither living with their parents nor being able to be adopted. Nothing could be worse than depriving willing families from raising beautiful children except depriving needy children of the benefits of such families.

Please also allow the waiting 2009 families who have dossiers logged in, to be matched and complete their adoptions as well.
