A Declaration of Individual Sovereignty Be it known that I, Leola Mills, the undersigned, do hereby declare myself to be a sovereign individual under the provisions of the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America and the Constitution of Virginia), the Articles of Confederation of 1777, the Constitution for the united States of America (1787) including its Preamble, and the Bill of Rights (1791) including its Preamble; and, as such, I retain all my unalienable rights granted by God in positive law, embodied in the Declaration of Independence (1776) and binding rights upon myself and my parentage, to include my God given unalienable Rights on this day and for all time now and hereafter. I, the undersigned, in order to protect my unalienable rights to life, liberty, property and happiness and protection of family, inclusive of my right to State Citizenship status, have been forced to amend certain legal documents and statements, due to the continued revelation and increased discovery of the continuous acts of fraud upon me by corporate governments, both State and Federal, and therefore I declare that I am now and fully intend to remain free to amend any and all such documents and statements, as a matter of substantive right, for I cannot be held liable for either the acts or the omissions by governments which are out of my control, which acts and omissions constitute fraud in one form or another. And further, Leola Virginia Mills, hereby declare a Peace Treaty with the UNITED STATES of America regarding their Declaration of War from 1861 to 1865, which was a war of violence, arms and literal killing of men and women and the subsequent enslavement of the people. This war converted the Sovereign states into UNITED STATES territories via the 14th Amendment to the UNITED STATES Constitution. I am a natural born soul on the land Virginia, a republic or an inhabitant of the land Virginia, a republic where the land will forever belong to the people. I, Leola Virginia Mills, am declaring peace with the UNITED STATES and its territories, the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, GREAT BRITAIN, THE BRITISH ISLES, the UNITED KINGDOM, ENGLAND and all BRITISH COMMONWEALTHS. This Declaration of Peace is "now for then," as of the end of the South?s acceptance of surrender of 1864. I have never been at war with anyone or any nation and I am at peace with all men and women, through my Heavenly Father who owns this universe that we cannot comprehend, and He has declared peace with HIS children and their childrens, children through His Son. Be it known that I, geary micheal pryor, the undersigned, do hereby declare myself to be a sovereign individual under the provisions of the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America and that I reserve for myself all the rights and powers conferred upon the People of the United States of America by the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, which states: ?The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.? Recognizing that both the Federal Government of the United States of America and the governments of the several States derive their just powers to govern from the consent and will of the People, and that the People may reserve the right to throw off the bonds of servitude and oppression of a tyrannical government, as per the guarantees made in the Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights, it is the incumbent duty of all the People to declare such tyrannical governments null and void according to the provisions and limitations imposed upon those governments by the Constitution of the United States of America and to either seek to establish a new and just government in adherence to the Constitution of the United States of America or, if that has become no longer possible, to declare themselves, each one, an individual sovereign entity beholden to no governance save for their own. In accordance with these aims and purposes as stated herein, I hereby and herewith declare myself to be free of any and all governance by either the Federal Government or any of the several States of the United States of America and I hereby and herewith reserve and reclaim all the rights enumerated by the Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights, as well as all natural rights not enumerated by the Constitution or the Bill of Rights, such as they are recognized to be inherent conditions of human existence. These rights shall include, but are in no way limited to the rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, as well as the right to keep and bear arms, which shall be construed to mean any and all types of weaponry that may be necessary, in defense of my life, liberty and property from all aggressors whoever they may be.
