At the comment below: if you do not declare sovereign status then you remain as the status of "U.S. Citezen" which is of the corporation District of Columbia. As its own entity all property is under its control. You being "Registered" at birth through the governments social security program have joined this corporation an have been apart of this entity since the signing of your social security card. Thus, unless you make it known that you hereby refuse an deny them consent from this moment on you subject to them an are under their jurisdiction. Do you not see? You already are their property, you have to declare you are not, if you do not declare such then it is "Assumed" that you are. And if you have no proof that you are not or do not want to be governed by this corporation then it is so as per the fact that you are "Registered" an therefore are with out reasonable doubt a Citezen of the United States aka District of Columbia. You must "Opt-Out" because you have already unknowingly and unwillingly joined social security an thus signed up to be governed by the United States in return for privileges and "civil" rights and liberties. You traded your freedom to be apart of there empire and since then have been subjected to any rule law or enforcement they see fit or create or make up or decide without your consent. They already have your consent as you signed up with them an they have the authority to super red you as a Citezen of the United States. We didn't give either government the rights to take our freedoms away and sell them back to us whether it's in the form of a permit or a license,or to make laws that incriminate the people for exercising their rights for gain of money,the Constitution and Bill of Rights was written and is a living in breathing document and any changes that have been made are null and void. We the people was fooled a long time ago,we elect people who say they are going to be great leaders.no matter what title it is and they get in and totally do the opposite running our country in the ground further than it was.
