Long overdue! I have never seen an organization were you fail to execute your responsibilities and you continue to keep your job. Not to mention a healthy retirement for doing almost nothing. Every law that is passed on the American People Congress is excused. BS! The founding fathers had no intentions of politics being a career. You were to represent your constituents and return to your district when your time was up. You don't serve twenty plus years in D.C. and walk around like you report to no one. TERM LIMITS! Although the US Constitution does not allow recall of national officials like Senators and Representatives by the voters I think the numerous polls are clearly sending a message of "no confidence" to our elected officials. This sentiment must be manifested in a vote in the next election against those that brought us to this point of government shutdown and looming default. We the people must remember their actions and consider this the overriding basis for our vote.
