While I disagree with some of Ambassador Rice's statements regarding humanitarian intervention, nevertheless, she is an outstanding diplomat, and she has been treated abominably by the Republican obstructionists in Congress. I join with others in denouncing their disgraceful, disrespectful and totally unwarranted attacks on Ambassador Rice. Their disgusting strategy is designed for the sole purpose of salvaging their own failed party and policies, and diverting attention from the fact that we the people spoke loudly and clearly against the GOP on November 6th, and, finally, that we support President Obama and his administration, especially Ambassador Rice.
