This is serious, in no kind a joking matter, I am disgusted on how this trial went, she was guilty and got away with murder.... If she wouldnt have been guilty why didnt she report the baby missing immediatly, I as a mother would freak out and would def. report one of the missing as soon as I thought they were missing, Hell I freak out in the store if one of them wonders off from me.. She is a disgusting poor excuse of a woman, she might not pay on this earth but she will in the next like Def.!!! I pray that with her getting off of this charge that she doesnt do it again, justice needed to be served and I hope Casey has to live in fear for the rest of her life, never knowing who might get her.... She was too busy with her on life to have a baby so she got rid of her so that she could do what she wanted!!

If this law was passed before Little Caylee's untimely death, she may still be alive today. Rest with angels precious girl.

This is a fantastic idea. Any parent who does not report a missing child as soon as they know about it is just messed up. this is and should be treated as a case of abuse and or neglect.

I also find it hard to swallow that it was a accident because what kind of person would go out and party when supposedly your child is kidnapped or dead and u lie and say oh she with the babysitter. She definitely should have gotten life in prison but innocent to proven guilty!!!!

murderers, especially of children, should not be allowed to sneer at the courts and just walk away. Our states fund should not be used to set these murderers free. The child they kill has no future life of any kind, neither should they. reasonable evidence should be able to convict.

Yesterday's verdict was unfathomable. You can now kill a child, and as long as you lie about it and deceive law enforcement long enough for the evidence to be destroyed, you walk. It's a gross injustice. Caylee paid the ultimate price with no retribution, and I'm flat out disgusted by it. Those whom lie to law enforcement or leave a death unreported, in hopes of evidence dissolution, should be convicted of a felony. I consider it unlawful to protect such people in a court of law and allow them to go free, on the basis of not reporting a death or criminally lying about it. Please enact Caylee?s Law. There is no reason for a death or missing child to go unreported for more than an hour, and those that don?t report a death or missing child within that hour, should be charged with a felony.
