Strict laws need to be in place internationally. Many politicians see animal abuse as an un-important issue. What they are ALL FORGETTING, is every single serial killer, Bundy, Gassie...,all stated when interviewed they started torturing, killing animals as children. We ALL, INCLUDING YOU saw the end result!!! At one time everyone LOVED puppies. NOW I see countless petitions a week for justice because puppies, dogs, cats...are being TORTURED AND KILLED IN UNIMAGINABLE WAYS! ie: "acid poured on them, set on fire ALIVE, dragged for 20 miles behind a car, tied up beaten with bats & other objests, legs torn from their bodies, RAPED TO DEATH (SAW 2 OF THESE PETITIONS THIS PAST WEEK, SEE THEM CONSTANTLY). and the list goes on. This law needs to be passed & FAST. Int'l laws need to be in place as well. WHEN these crimes are done to humans, imprisoned, even death penalties apply. Why would it be any different for other innocent lives!!?? The possible future serial killers need to be STOPPED NOW!!!REPORT COMMENTS
