Changing our near perfect constitution to accommodate any one particular religion, culture or language in an outrage and unconstitutional. Our laws and common language unite us. Changing any part of our constitution to favor ANY OTHER language or culture is unthinkable. This includes adding another "nationally accepted" language (like, hello-- Spanish!).
