Islam is not a religion and therefore it cannot be supported by the Constitution as a religion. Islam cannot have tax exemption either. Our Constitution is not compatible with Shari'ah law, and since all muslims desire shari'ah law, and all muslims believe in jihad (the conquest of non-muslim countries), and in light of all that is happening in Britain, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Australia, and elsewhere muslims are trying to overthrow the government, Islam should therefore be banned from practice in America as it is a death cult. If terrorism is an ideology, then the study of that ideology is important for our national defense. The ideology of terrorism is found in several surahs and hadiths in the Qur'an. I am for freedom of religion and expression and by signing this petition I do not intend to sign away religious freedom. I do, however, expect Congress to address the real possibility of banning certain cults who teach hatred and genocide. Islam must be banned if America is to survive!!REPORT COMMENTS

Islam is not a religion. It is an all encompassing culture with its own laws. Islamic law (sharia) is 100% incompatible with the U.S. Constitution. All muslims have the ultimate goal of imposing Sharia law on all of us. The ONLY difference between so-called "peaceful" muslims and the terrorists is the means through which they intend to impose it. The terrorists want to physically force people through violence, whereas the moderates intend to out breed us and then force it on us through political means. Living under Sharia law is like terrorism unto itself.. beheading, stoning, lashings, extreme repression of women, honor killings, etc. We do not need or want this here.REPORT COMMENTS
