Aside from the legitimate need to protect oneself from libel, "attackwatch" is a reprehensible attack on Americans' first amendment rights. No one should ever be told they do not have the right to criticize their government--because they DO. And no politician should ever think that he/she is above criticism (which they are not). And clearly this scheme is the product of politicians who falsely believe they are beyond criticism.
