Even though I do approve of the Petition I must give you some facts. Before any of Spanish familes were granted this land. There was already 24 Treaties signed by the Spanish Crown to the Original inhabitant Nations of Coahuila Y Tejas. There are 15 from California. Some here speak the 1800's. I am speaking of the 1600's and early 1700's that have jurisdictional claims by rights of the Tribal Nations and International Treaty Laws. 95% of the Spanish Land grants from the 1800's were politicaly done by the Spanish Catholic Church to the Spanish Crown to remove ownership fromthe tribal nation and to the heads of the Political Spanish. You need to really access the true history of claims. The spanish land grants were what we call today Imminant Domain.

I'm doing this for a friend of mine. But I am proud to be an American and I fought for my freedom and for others freedom to do this kind of things.

Mr. President, As twice an American minority I know what it's like to overcome the many challenges we face. There is an obvious continuous injustice to the descendants of Spanish Land Grants. It is my duty to vote during elections as it is for many Tejanos, I am proud to say I voted you into office, and will practice my rights to keep you in office for another term. We made history together, therefore it is my duty to voice that there should be immediate justice given to any and all the descendants of the Spanish Land Grants. I urge you to help the many Tejano families recover what is righfully ours. I firmly believe that all the facts have been provided to move forward with releasing the funds to the descendants of Spanish Land Grants and we cannot as Americans continue to ignore such an injustice. Please help us with your approvals to release to us what is rightfully ours. Sincerely, Veronica Delgado Kyle, Texas

I have researched New Mexico land grants and learned of abhorant disregard of the Treaty of Guadalupe. Justice is long overdue.

Juan Jose Solis, Porcion 107 Soliseno Ranch, one of 13 founders of Matamoros Tamp. MX. It's not so much of the money, it's the Civil Rights that were violated, inwhich we must stand up for! And speak out for our four founding Family's, that struggled, hard for what is there's! We must be those voices!
