I oppose this legislation it is very anticompetitive. Most small internet radio stations cater to a niche audience. Killing the small stations will not increase royalties or increase listenership of the large corporate stations. The small stations fill a need the larger stations can't. Many people will choose to not listen all rather listening a bunch songs they don't like to maybe hear one good song The larger stations by nature have a smaller more familiar playlist. Listeners mean money to them. More listeners more advertising revenue. This is a decision you will eventually regret.REPORT COMMENTS

The new copyright regulations for internet radio is extreme and will force many who are non-proft out business. Instead of helping to continue to grow businesses and sources for people to use, this type of high rates hampers it. Please repeal and re-evaluate.REPORT COMMENTS

Patents have a 20 year time limit before they stop having any power. Unless of course it is so important that special measures and large payments are made to extend them. This is done in rare cases. Why is it that the music of our culture and soul, the music of the 1960's is still being controlled and being kept out of our hands? The artists and the companies have collected dues for over 40 years! Where is the limit? When does this madness stop? I declare the music of the 1960's an inseperable part of my soul! It belongs to me to share for free of payment as a charitable project for the eternal life of the holy 1960's and the music that appeared when the Cosmic Godess shone her love on this planet and transformed the hearts and minds of men and women! This music is the reflection of the true universal god, the flower, the eternity! This music belongs to us all and is a part of the true religion of peace and harmony and flowering in mankind in the name of the eternal cosmic skies!REPORT COMMENTS
