Yes we must end too big to fail by breaking up the big banks. Too big to fail is too big to exist. The Wall Street banks are playing a cynical game heads we win tails you the consumer and the taxpayer lose. The Federal Reserve can bail out the banks and is a central bank to the Wall St. banks. The Fed needs more transparency -- Audit The Fed and possibly End The Fed. Reinstate Glass Steagall rules requiring separation of commercial and investment banks. Wall St. banks have a conflict of interest they both serve consumers (their customers) and themselves by gambling and taking very risky bets. It's time to separate investment banking from commercial banking and breakup too big to fail. -
