The Federal Reserve Board is not needed. It's creation was intended for the ultra rich who own and run this country. Shame on them.REPORT COMMENTS

Donna B. from Lederach, PA writes: The Federal Reserve needs to be Nationalized, not really abolished. We need it to work for us, the American people, as a traditional, Bank of the United States to support our real Main Street economy's productive and infrastructure needs, including FULL employment. It is ludicrous, fraudulent and against our constitution for American citizens to have to pay interest to a private cabal of international bankers on money created out of thin air and 'loaned into existence' in our name and on our backs, yet not FOR our benefit. A country's money or currency and it's banking institutions are public utilities and should operate as such, as per our U.S. Constitution, and under the control of our democratically elected Congress, for the benefit of the people of the United States, i.e., for the General Welfare. And so that we do not wake up one day soon, bankrupt and destitute on our own shores, it must, once again. The Fed is destroying our currency and has been since 1913. Over the past 50 years, it has de-industrialized our economy, the largest, wealthiest and most successful in the world under our famed 'American System' as developed by Hamilton and championed by Franklin, Lincoln and FDR. The Fed has presided over the shipping of our once abundant and well-paying manufacturing jobs overseas, replacing them with inferior "service jobs" and massively increasing both short-term and long-term unemployment to depression levels. The Fed cartel has financialized our economy, turning it into a parasite upon our productive economy, cannabalizing, preying upon and devouring everything in it's path! In the process, it has destroyed our real national security, economic and otherwise and sold us out to rich, mostly foreign plutocrats and kleptocrats. Bringing back the 'Greenback' would be a huge improvement upon what we now have. Regaining control of our money supply, our economy and, likewise, our national and individual sovereignty requires that we return to being a democratic, constitutional republic and turn away from the pursuit and sorrows of empire, under the influence and monetary control of a cartel of mostly foreign, international bankers and serving their interests, not ours. Nationalize the Fed, now, and create a Main Street Window - a 0% credit facility for PRODUCTION - and Century Bonds for infrastructure to rebuild that which has been allowed to crumble, and NOT for Wall Street speculation!REPORT COMMENTS
