Productive part of Society

Please support me in fair sentencing for non violent federal inmates. Let's get these drug offender the punishment they deserve and the help they need but train them with new mindsets and how to be a productive part of society. 10 years in prison just because it happened to be a federal case and not a state is over the top. They need to be rehabilitated not institutionalized.
