You Violated Your Oath Of Office
TO ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR CONGRESS-
We the American people demand that you resign your position. You have violated your oath of office to PROTECT & DEFEND our U.S. CONSTITUTION -
Yesterday January 6, 2021 you voted to allow 6 states who violated the Election Clause Art. 1, § 4, cl. 1 of U.S. Constitution by separation of powers to create, change, alter election laws in their states through the Sec of State, Governors & courts when the Constitution specifically gives this authority SOLELY to the state legislatures.
Your refusal to object is your acceptance to that violation of the U.S. CONSTITUTION and therefore violates your oath of office.
With this Violation of the ELECTION CLAUSE - U.S. CONSTITUTION Art. 1, § 4, cl. 1 The American people can no longer trust you to hold your seats in our Congress representing the people of the UNITED STATES -
Our U.S. Constitution if NOT a PARTY - it is OUR LAW OF THE LAND & it is what keeps us
as a UNION. Your OATH is to DEFEND THOSE LAWS -
YOU FAILED TO DO SO - We are asking for those who did not OBJECT TO THE VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTION TO RESIGN -
