WV abuse of children in care not being addressed and accounted for Actoons
Kinship not offered with removal of children. 5 months later submitted paperwork. Told typo errors was not sent sooner. Encouraged instate but no definite approval after move. Grandchildren hit with fly swatters , left in running vehicle ?. Left alone 9,6,2yrs judge stated don’t give kinship to this woman . CYS worker said just cause you do paperwork and approved doesn’t mean Judge and MDT Team will approve. Visitation limited related to staffing . Return communication is rare . Foster homes children have been located 3 hours away . Then 2 hour visit and cost to families.
