Wrongfully Incarcerated
I back the petition for cutting the sentences of first time violent offenders.My sons story is probably like several people that have been the victim of circumstance my son was with someone that decided to commit a car jacking and the victim shot the person my son was with and then turned the gun on my son and tried to kill him my son shot back out of self defense and graised the victim in the leg. There is so much more to this story that I can't begin to finish it but the bottom line is he is doing time for a crime he did not commit and has never been in trouble in his life.His name is Phillip Brown and the crime was committed here in the city of St.Louis.
