When I go to the VA hospitals and a cop violates my constitutional rights and abused them I invoke my 1,2,4,5th 24 th constitutional rights to remain silent, press rights.
Politicians and dirty judges that use gag orders violate the 1st amendment, courts lose immunity 18 title usc 241 and 242 1983. VA lawyers are imbeciles like Jane Fonda useful idiots .like in Nam. The Supreme Court are courts . Hypocrites. That have sets forth a 2 part analysis when determining whether and official is entitled to qualified immunity. 1 whether the facts alleged by the plaintiff amount to a constitutional violation, and 2. If so, whether the constitutional right was " clearly established " at the time of the misconduct.
