A Lawless President

Just recently the one of the architects of the Affordable Care Act AKA Obamacare admitted and caught on video that the ACA was deliberately written to deceive the American people, that they deliberately lied to us, commensing the remark " voter stupidity" in other words that we the people were too stupid to know or understand what they were feeding us. Let me assure you, as I know you are well aware of, that some of us were not as stupid as they perceived us to be, yet this monstrosity to which is known as Obamacare was rammed through, and rammed down our throats. Now we have the absolute proof that this piece of horrid legislation was created, and passed through by admitted fraudulent and deceptive means. With that knowledge we expect and demand that the ACA should and must be repealed immediately.

The scandals, numerous, but not limited to Fast and Furious, IRS targeting, Solyndra, VA scandal, ACA, BENGHAZI,Rosengate,Holder perjury I and II, Sebelius Solicitation,The Pigford Scandal,The GSA spending $823,000 for an insidious training conference, Sebelious voiolating the Hatch act, failure to pursue Black Panther voter intimidation, Obama's consistent violation of the Constitution and consistently going over the heads of congress, Obama choosing which laws to enforce and which ones not to enforce, Obama keeping his records under tight lock and key, Obama having a fraudulent SS number, supporting and aiding our enemies, while despicably shunning our allies,mainly Israel. The list goes on ...No other president in past history, nor do we believe any future President would ever be left unaccountable for even a few of these violations against America.
> We the people demand that congress makes him accountable for his treasonous acts against America, he should be charged,prosecuted and impeached for such actions.

The people can only speculate that one who has much to hide would go to such lengths to keep his life such a secret from the people for which he governs from OUR White house. > We The people have reason to believe that enough circumstantial evidence exists to give reason to believe that Barack Hussein Obama may NOT be legally eligible to be the President of the Untied States of America and We the people expect and demand that his eligibility be investigated immediately.
In so much that it be proven that he is not eligible to be President of the United States, We the people expect and demand that his eligibility be investigated immediately. In so much that it be proven that he is not eligible to be President of the United States, We The People believe that every thing Obama has done during his stint as President be made null and void.
Absolutely NO AMNESTY. We the People have made this abundantly clear, and even more clear through our votes in the mid term elections on November 4th, 2014. We are sick and we are tired of Illegals being rewarded for the blatant disrespect and disregard of our laws.
Illegals are and cause serious problems in this nation. They are taking many of the jobs that many Americans need, they put a economic strain on this nation and the taxpayers of this nation. They work being paid under the table, they don't pay taxes and collect taxpayer subsidized government benefits. Many of them are criminals, aside from just being illegal border jumpers, and due to Obama's open border policy, these criminals are able to roam freely, undetected and we have no way of tracking them,leaving them to freely commit violent acts against our citizens. This must be stopped and it must be stopped now!
Next we have the issue of immigration reform. First and foremost,let us say WE DO NOT NEED NOR DO WE WANT immigration reform. We expect and demand that congress makes sure that our current immigration laws remain in place and are strictly enforced. We expect and demand that our borders be secured and any violators are strictly and effectively punished for violating our laws. Another issue regarding illegals in this country, is the taxpayer funded benefits that are readily handed over to illegals. We the people demand that all taxpayer funded benefits ( welfare, SS, SSI, food stamps,medicaid, or any other form of free medical, free education, free or taxpayer funded housing,energy assistance, etc, etc) be stopped. Laws should be made and enacted that would also strictly and severely penalize anyone, that would hire or in any way aid illegals in this country. This includes aiding in getting them welfare, food stamps, SS, SSI, medicaid, loans, schooling, etc,etc.
We also demand welfare reform. While many of us understand the need for such a program, the lack of strict regulation to this program has lead to waste and abundant fraud. We find it abhhorant that people on welfare can use their benefits for things that would NOT be considered necessities, such as tanning, nail and hair salons, tattoos, alcohol, cigarettes, designer clothes and shoes,flat screen tvs, they sell their EBT cards or otherwise trade them for such things as drugs or other wants,steaks, lobsters, shrimp, etc, etc. These benefits were established simply as a temporary form of help, not life long careers. Some suggestions would be to first try to eliminate the fraud and abuse, by possibly implementing cards ( much like the Mexican voter ID cards) with digitally etched image and fingerprints. Place time limits on how long one can be on welfare ( like a 2 year limit), in that period, one must actively seek employment ( and since most applications are now applied for online a copy of sent applications must be provided monthly),get a GED and while seeking employment must do no less than 20 hours of community service a week, to receive benefits. Establish babysitting service at and through the welfare department, require those on welfare to participate as part of their community service, to babysit other welfare recipients children, this of course would need strict governing and monitoring by highly trained individuals. Enact a limit to how many children welfare will cover ( such as 2,no more,no less ) , this would prevent woman/girls from deliberately getting pregnant to increase their welfare benefits, and would give incentives to these women to go after the fathers for child support. Make it so that certain Items, such as those that are not necessities, cannot be bought with welfare/EBT cards ( such as those mentioned above)...these are just a few suggestion to maybe eliminate or at slow down the abuse of taxpayer funded welfare/food stamp benefits.
We the people demand that a balanced budget be set into place. To say that tax dollars are being abundantly wasted is an understatement. The wasteful spending has got to stop, if it continues on the path that it is currently under the Obama administration our economy will sooner rather than later ,collapse. Sean Hannity has what seems to be a perfect plan, the penny plan, cut one penny from every dollar spent for five years. However you do it, government spending needs to curbed ASAP. We have multiple government agencies under different names all doing the same things...This is unnecessary and a total waste of money. We demand that these multiple agencies be eliminated.
We assure you that we are wide awake and we are well aware. Let us make this clear, that we are watching you, all of you, and we will not remain silent or passive to what you do. You were elected for a reason, to listen to the people, to do what is right for America and for her people, and to stop the continued assault upon our Nation by a tyrannical administration and to start cleaning up the mess that honestly congress turned a blind eye to. Via our votes we have made it know what we want and what we expect from those in congress, please do not underestimate the power of the people, and do not forget that YOU work FOR the people, do not make us regret having hired you.
