West Virginia CPS corruption "Help"
Hi,
My name is Michael T Lynch my family and I have been affected by CPS which I understand but the problem is how they are breaking federal laws in our county, first off it took us 10 months to even have a judicatory hearing, then at that said hearing nothing was even handled , I had a substance abuse problem so I went to Detox then straight to Long Term treatment I completed that program, during that time I wrote the judge a letter Begging for an improvement period he didnt discuss it at all, I haven't seen my kids in 5 months, when it came to me getting treatment o told CPS I had an addiction they never offered help or any resources to get help I spent months trying to get to treatment when completed it and while in our hearing that's something that should have been announced because that's an improvement but of course they didn't say a word, but they will down grade me they tell us to do one thing we do it and it's never good enough our kids were well taken care of great clothes great home good grades and happy go lucky kids, and now my kids have to see councilor and our family is so trauma tiezed due to the way they are handling our case, my lawyer won't fight for what's right when I ask him to he says he can't step on the judges or anyone elses toes because then they will retaliate even worse. We are doing everything plus some and there just tearing our family to shreds, also the cops are being currupt and intaginizing my family so bad that now I have to walk thru town with protection because I'm scared they will harm me or my family members because we are standing up for what's right and what's best for the children and there doing what's best to suit them " CPS & Court System . Please help me and my family they have been investigated in our county of "Barbour" in West Virginia for taking so many children from homes without proper or enough evidence and putting them straight in foster care, there suppose to be helping us as a family not scaring the kids and traumatizing the whole family and the children, we need help please before more families are destroyed by these currupt CPS and county officals along with corrupt judges and Police officers,
