WE THE PEOPLE SEEK REDRESS FROM CONGRESS FOR THE INFRINGEMENT OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND THE ABUSE OF EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE/POWER BY JOSEPH R BIDEN, JR
Respectfully addressing Members of the 117th U.S. Congress:
WE'RE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE
It is with strength and resolve WE THE PEOPLE write this letter to each and every one of you today. There is a great need to write you, as our state Representative(s) and voice our concerns.
WE THE PEOPLE, are not going to accept the spineless inaction of our Members of Congress anymore, whether they be in the Senate or the House of Representatives. Nor are WE THE PEOPLE going to accept any type of radical Liberal ideals that seek to destroy the very fabric upon which our country was founded.
You have been failing us for far too long and seem to have forgotten, WE hold the power, not you. Your job is to REPRESENT THE PEOPLE, not pursue you own self interests and/or cut deals behind closed doors - but to pursue the will of THE PEOPLE.
You failed us, bigly, once again on November 03, 2020, a crucial day in the history of our country; then again - repeatedly - up until and through January 06, 2021; you continued still to fail us, when you basically gave our country to a hate group of domestic terrorists - because you haven't the spine to stand up to a bunch of radicals hell bent on destroying the Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and our very Declaration of Independence. You allowed them to label us as rioters, when in fact the Conservative Trump supporting Patriots assembled to protest peacefully. The violence started when a couple of select groups infiltrated the MAGA Movement protest - known antifa members, and BLM members, along with a few radical supremacists and some paid actors - for the sole purpose of creating chaos and making it appear that they were Trump supporters. Almost all of the violent infiltrators were 'allegedly' paid by George Soros. I'm sure you've seen the videos where they admit to these allegations. I imagine there were some who showed up and created the chaos simply because they are violent people without good character.
You failed us repeatedly, when at every opportunity to act, you failed to protect the rights and demands of your constituents. Instead you cowered and bowed to the radicals.
Over Seventy-Five MILLION voters and loyal Patriots of These United States of America ARE DONE ACCEPTING SPINELESS REPRESENTATIVES who do NOTHING for us. When you get to the real numbers though, we are more like 100 MILLION strong. YOU ALLOWED A MENTALLY IMPAIRED, compulsive liar to literally, run with "The Football" and he is now violating one law after another with his Executive Orders unchecked by anyone in the Democrat or Republican Parties save one - Marjorie Taylor-Greene.
What you, and the rest of Congress, fail to realize is President Trump gave Conservative America their voices back. And while we remain loyal to President Trump, the greatest President this country has had since the days of our Founding Fathers, we are much more than just one man - we are a MOVEMENT. And our movement is NOT going away, nor will we accept being silenced anymore - not by the Democrats, the lame mainstream media, nor by our so-called Republican Representatives in Congress.
WE THE PEOPLE will simply REPLACE YOU and your spineless party members by way of our collective votes.
Today, WE THE PEOPLE come to you with a list of demands. A list that is NON-negotiable to a great extent, but within our rights, in addition to being reasonable. These are demands/issues we should not even have to raise/request, given our Declaration of Independence and our Constitutional Rights:
- Term Limits for Congress - No member of Congress should serve more than TWELVE YEARS, unless THE PEOPLE vote for a *Special Election Waiver for Qualified Candidate(s)
- Thorough forensics investigation into ALL 2020 Election Fraud allegations, including but not limited to, ALL records of ALL States that used Dominion, SmartMantics, and/or any other foreign manufactured equipment, firmware, software; in addition to ALL States who implemented voting law changes within twelve months of the November 03, 2020 Election, and any/all ballots not printed in the United States by a U.S. owned business or lacking the Official Watermark attesting to its authenticity.
- Legal votes only - Photo ID requirements in every state, no last minute voter registration, and NO mail-in ballots, only absentee voting under well defined restrictions.
- BlockChain encryption technology MUST be used on any/all electronic voting systems and used ONLY as a backup system to a traceable paper ballot system.
- All voting machines must be manufactured in the United States, including but not limited to replacement parts and firmware; all software used MUST be created/coded by Americans citizens, residing within the United States borders.
- Dominion/SmartMatic machines must NEVER be used in any US Election EVER again.
- Withdraw from WHO
- Reinstate America First Policies enacted by President Donald J Trump.
- Continued funding & building of Border Wall to ensure the safety of America and her legal citizens.
- Legislation to restore President Trump's policies to lower the drug prices on insulin and epinephrine, to counter Biden's revocation of said prior Order.
- Pass a Bill to continue with the Keystone Pipeline
- Reduce all Foreign Aid until we have a balanced budget
- File suit and Articles of Impeachment against Joseph R Biden, Jr's unprecedented abuse of Executive Privileges and illegal/UnConstitutional Executive Orders ASAP
- Immediate withdraw from Paris Climate Accord
- No raised taxes. Continue with Trump's "Tax Cuts & Jobs Act" for American Citizens and Small Businesses.
- Restructure our Immigration laws to follow our Constitution, the way our Founding Fathers intended - which excludes anchor babies. Absolutely No Amnesty for anyone who enters our country illegally. It's time to send a strong, clear message to those who would breach our borders illegally and/or use children as a means of gaining entry. Detailed outline on Rapid Method of Removal of any/all illegally breaching/crossing our borders. Stricter guidelines (minimum outlined education and skills sets, requirement of sponsor(s) willing to provide support, including but not limited to financial assistance and assistance with assimilation to the principals of what make our country unique) and the requirement to speak and read English before being granted Citizenship.
- A well defined, concise method of removal for any Federal Judge/Justice who violates the United States Constitution or State Constitution or violates the codified laws that are well established.
- Revocation & Declassification of ANY/ALL secret and/or immunity deals made with or pertaining to Hillary Clinton's private email server and government issued electronic devices, the Unmasking of Lt Gen Michael Flynn, and the cover up of Benghazi 9/11/12, including but not limited to the following people: Deborah Wasserman-Schultz, John Brennan, James Comey, James Clapper, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Maxine Waters, Adam Schiff, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, John Podesta, Anthony Podesta AKA Tony Podesta, Cheryl Mills, Phillipe Reines, Jacob Sullivan, Susan Rice, Andrew McCabe, and any other unnamed individual directly or indirectly granted any type deal(s) or immunity in any respect to the aforementioned incidents/events.
- Appointment of a Special Investigator to conduct a thorough investigation into the FBI's withholding and/or suppression of exculpatory or other evidence of potential criminal activities by Hunter Biden, son of Joseph R Biden, Jr., and/or Joseph R Biden Jr himself, James Biden, former President Barack H Obama, and/or any other individuals the contents of those computer hard drive(s) might implicate, in addition to hindering their own or any other Federal investigation into and included but not limited to, these said recovered hard drive(s) and/or their contents abandoned with the computer repair shop owner "John Paul Mac Isaac," and/or the coverup of a well known corrupt Ukrainian, by the name of Mykola Zlochevsky, owner of Burisma Holdings Limited, a holding company for a group of energy exploration and production companies based in Kyiv, Ukraine, but registered in Limassol, Cyprus and operated in the Ukrainian natural gas market since 2002.
- Revocation of any/all mask mandates, lockdown orders and/or any other unconstitutional actions against WE THE PEOPLE
- No Mandatory Vaccines for any reason
At this time we also find that Doctor Anthony Fauci's government salary is outrageous and WE THE PEOPLE do NOT approve of his FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PLUS US DOLLARS ($400,000.00+) annual salary. FIRE HIM or reduce his salary to not more than ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND & NO/100 DOLLARS ($175,000.00) annually.
