WE THE PEOPLE AGAINST PREDATORY COLLECTIONS OF CHILD SUPPORT
I am a 63 year old man on disability for three years now and the Los Angeles County Department of Children Services has doubled my support payments, as well as suspended my drivers licences I need my license to drive back and to doctor appointments for my self and my 86 year old Mother, shop, pay bills etc. For three years now $420.80 has been deducted from my Social Security benefits. Of $11.64 leaving me with $740.00 and no way to get around to take care of my day to day business, this has got to stop.
