We don't need Chinese Products

China has not been a legitimate partner in the WTO. I have been to China and did business with China. I have seen first hand the facade of adopting Western practices they present. For one example, As a patent attorney on a government hosted tour I was visited several of legal courts in China. In the legal library of one court (devoid of anyone actually using it) there was work table among the shevles with open books and a lunch made to look like someone had just stepped away. Dehydration of the apple clearly demonstrated the fraud of staging to look in use and to deceive foreign visitors into believing that China actually applied case law to their legal proceedings. I can go on with examples of Chinese employees leaving an American started factory en mass to create a duplicate Chinsese owned factory as a competitor. One Chinsese lawyer that worked with me long to trust me to express sadness and hardship of living under their heavy handed government rule. I've also seen the callousness of the Chinese government to local people in places such as Haiti.
