Walk-in bathtub for seniors
Many seniors with disabilities require a walk-in bathtub.
These are very expensive, being in the $3,000 to more than $10,000 range.
Most seniors, especially those on fixed incomes cannot afford this.
I suggest that the U.S. Government create a program to assist these vulnerable seniors with a walk-in bathtub by providing up to $10,000 support for the purchase and installation of these units.
