VERY SERIOUS breach in the appointment of Elana Kagan to the Supreme Court
Of grave concern is the question as to why Kagan was not vetted more carefully by members of the House and Senate regarding her previous service to Barack Obama.
TO ALL REPRESENTATIVES IN CONGRESS:
Consider this your warning regarding what appears to be a VERY SERIOUS breach in the appointment of Elana Kagan to the Supreme Court. Attached are several links directly to the Supreme Court website that backs up this information. Supreme Court Justices swear an oath to uphold the Rule of Law as held by the Constitution of the United States. This oath has been violated by Ms. Kagan and other long-time members of the SUPREME COURT! YOU also swear a similar oath to the Constitution which in some cases has been blatantly violated.
Of grave concern is the question as to why Kagan was not vetted more carefully by members of the House and Senate regarding her previous service to Barack Obama. If the people of the United States can gather this information, We the People are now questioning the capabilities of those that are ?supposed? to be representing us.
One particular website that is used to fact check government activities is Snopes. There appears to be a particular ?leaning? of this website to the left. This organization has provided FALSE information to the people by stating that certain ?political? and personal activities regarding Ms. Kagan are False. The proof that Ms. Kagan has a ?questionable? alliance with Barack Obama is found in the referenced links. In fact, we have discovered that MOST of the so-called fact checking sites appear to be ?left leaning?.
Because of this WE would also have to state that WE now question the appointment of Sonja Sotomeyer as well. Barack Obama lacks the character, integrity and honesty to serve this Country as President of the United States. We the People elected you to represent us, our well-being and NO ONE else in matters of the government and our Constitution.
