Unjustly discrimination custody case

Hello. I have a custody case that began in 2012. In 2012, my daughter disclosed that her father (Ronald Wright) molested her. The G.A.L Ronald wessel stated that I was the one calling D.F.S.
In 2015, the St. Louis County courts has given my child's father custody.

In 2019, I filled for a order of protection. In 2020 my child's father was allowed to barricade me inside of the downtown police station. My child's father has been allowed to disrespect me, violate the court custody order as well as the order of protection that was put in place.

As of December 2021, my daughter stated that she has been wanting to commit suicide. I made the decision to admit my daughter inside the hospital. In January 2022 my child's father picked our daughter up from the hospital and took her off all medications as well as stopped the psychological treatments.

April 11, 2022 we went before the judge. I explained that my daughter is having suicidal thoughts and that she needs to be on her meds. Judge Cunningham refused to see or hear the proof today. I filled a T.R.O as well as a emergency custody motion. In January I filled an order of contempt that was suppose to be heard on April 11, 2022.

Judge Cunningham has allowed my daughter to stay with her father stating that she wanted to hear from a G.A.L first. I pleded with the Judge that even if I didn't get custody of my daughter than order my child's father Ronald Wright to admit Gabrielle Wright in the hospital. The judge refused.
This is neglect and the decision to do nothing until may 31, 2022 is not only neglectful but unethical and isn't upholding justice. Judge Cunningham and many other judges has discriminated against individuals such as myself because we can't afford an attorney. Justice isn't about money or being able to afford an attorney. Justice is about doing right based upon evidence. I have the evidence. But the judge refused to see it.

I have contacted D.F.S they have not done anything to ensure the safety of my daughter. I have contacted legal services. They have refused to take the case. I have also contacted Arch city Defensders. The attorney stated that he would take on the case. However, the Attorney never did. I've filled all my motions on my own while the attorney name is still on my case to this day.

My daughter I.E.P has been violated. I've explained that to the judge. And yet no one is hearing me. The police has allowed my child's father to disrespect me, violate the court custody order in front of them with no arrest. My child's father has been allowed to chase me down the street in front of St. Ann police station and there was no arrest.

I need help this is not right and it's certainly not justified what the courts are allowing to happen.

I feel that changes are to be made. D.F.S needs to be held accountable and the judges should not be able to discriminate due to one party not having an attorney. Yes attorneys may have went to law school but the law is for everyone and it is to be upheld.
I feel that judges shouldn't just not make a decision or prolong a hearing when a child is being deprived of Mental medical attention.

This needs to change and Judge Cunningham needs to be held accountable for a neglectful decision.
