United States will fix bridge leaving a tax paying family landlocked by a deterioriated bridge owned by the US government.

Do not allow the government to abandon tax payers and their civil liberties. The US government shall maintain their property without endangering citizens.

It was determined in Michael Diller v. Jefferson County Commissioners that the deteriorated structure, also known as Farmstead Bridge, which is currently landlocking a family of three is the property of the United States of America. As a result of the decision the family remains landlocked in their home with no access for emergency service vehicles. Furthermore, a child must walk across the structure with holes and rotten wood to and from school. This is a public safety issue and demands immediate attention for these tax payers. On February 3, 2013, 41 Union Pacific coal loaded train cars derailed in the immediate vicinity of this home. Again, emergency vehicles can only access the property by foot. Please sign to support action that the US government fix this abandoned bridge.
