Unfair Mortgage Fees
Biden, once again using EO, bypassing congress, which would never force this stupid policy on American citizens, forcing a higher mortgage fees on mostly WHITE people who have excellent credit scores and ALWAYS pay their bills, which is actually a tax hike on the middle class.
According to the Tax Policy Center’s Urban Institute, out of 81 types of borrowers classified by down payments and credit scores, the FHFA increased the fees of 23 groups—mainly those with excellent credit scores—by as much as 75 basis points and slashed the fees of 45 groups—largely borrowers with fair scores and lower down payments—by as much as 200 basis points.
Why would YOU increase the fees on people with high credit scores??? Obviously, since Biden has spent trillions on Inflation Reduction, Covid Recovery and paying people to stay home and other worthless pork programs and he has drained the government budget, so now HE needs more money to waste on the GREEN NEW DEAL , so he can be just like FDR.
So, who holds most most of the money---The Middle Class and Joe Biden wants that money through socialistic equity crooked programs and is going after our savings as well. Congress needs to to checkmate this senile puppet NOW by either the 25th Amendment or total impeachment.
