Unfair laws
I have been over paying child support since my son has been on child support at the age of 3. He is now 10. I am a female young professional and I work 2 jobs just to put food on the table. I pay for college out of pocket and don’t have any medical insurance because then I would be working for free. My sons father told me they took my child support as his income and gave it to his daughter from another woman. My money went to a child that is not even mine. I am supposed to pay $369 a month for my son and they deduct every check sometimes both jobs and I end up paying more than I am supposed to. How is this right? How are they getting away with this?
