Unfair childsupport laws
To help single parents get the money owed to their children.
My name is Ashley Moore I am a single mother living in Paris Texas. I have three daughters who their father doesn't pay enough Childsupport,and when asked to help with extra activities in school says to pAY for with Childsupport which is only $200 a month. Also when debt is behind and back supported is owed it takes about 10 years or longer to be payed in the payments that the state sets up. I would like for stricter laws to be enforced to not allow Childsupport to be delinquent and a tight time frame for back support to be payed. I belive if single parents recieved proper support for children they would be less dependent on welfare assistance. I also be live that the amount of support to be payed should be raised and that payee have to have boss or company that they work for contacted by Attorney general's office personally to verify the income of payee to ensure that proper. Amount is paid.
