Under 21 Handgun ammo Purchase From FFL.
If you can own you should be able to buy ammo for it!
It has come to my attention through research that federal law prohibits FFL dealers from selling handgun ammunition to minors for handguns. However since at the age of 18 you can legally own a handgun, you should be able to buy ammunition for that weapon. These laws make it difficult for 18-21 year olds to gain ammunition for they're sport shooting activities as well as personal training and hobbies involving that firearm. There are many people under 21 like myself who shoot on a frequent basis for personal hobby and sport. It is a inconvenience to constantly have to buy the ammo from 21+ year olds via private transaction. This is why I feel like 18 years and up should be permitted to purchase handgun ammunition.
