To enforce our HOA (Heritage Properties Management) to uphold their duties of Maintenance on the building and landscaping

Please make Heritage Property Management adhere to their part of the contract by keeping security in the building, maintaining a clean building, up keeping the landscaping, fixing the parking deck garage doors, replacing entry gates, fixing the pool, gym, ladies and men locker rooms and etc. We pay oit HOA fees every month and they have neglected their part of the contract.
