The War Dog Act

This Act would allow military K-9 handlers to keep their dogs forever. Once a solider is paired with a dog, that's HIS dog and they cannot be separated unless one of them dies. Keeping the dog should also be considered as part of a wounded soldier's recovery and that animal should be treated and considered his service dog.
