The United Servicemembers and Veterans for Equal Reprsentation.

"As a former veteran, I understand the needs of veterans, and have been clear - we will work together, stand together with the Administration, but we will also question their policies when they shortchange veterans and military retirees." Solomon Ort

Is it the blood or is it the tears of that child that won't see his dad or mom again, for which we owe alot to the veterans. Why is it that after the battle scars, that veteran has to face an internal fight in his own country? The red tape that afflicts every returning combat veteran needs to stop! Agent Orange has somehow dissipated through the cracks in the system and forgotten. That was to be a learning experience to those who want to be politically correct within a tv set or in writing. Time is what concerns the veterans, look at the afflictions from wounds that reflect our performance at work. Relate, I request assistance to determine memory problems. Well all it took was for the VA rater to say no you okay and I got my rating, 0%. I, up to this date get lost going to work. It took a judge to overturn the rating because the way my cognitive issues was mishandled. Why is it that the only time the Department of Veterans Affairs responds, is only when a judge from above or a veteran advocate from VISN gets involved. It has been hard to deal with PTSD, even worst to hear the now veterans taking their lives because the Department of Veterans Affairs fails to be an outreach program. Medication, well let me tell you about it, it is ilegal for a regular civilan to have my meds, because they come from another country. Our question is, are we still guinea pigs of the system and why is it alright for us to have prescrived medications from other countries? A research paper doneworld countries in relation to medication prescribed. Yes, the VA prescribes medication that was commonly used during the Vietnam Era. Is it possible to upgrade the availability to more current and better medications?

ADA, is a joke when it comes to protecting veterans. It is because it does not cover us; it does draw a very fine line that we have to compete and apply as if we were second class citizens. My story also took down that path, for which I greatfully overcame the nonsense. We want equal representation as disabled human beings. We are veterans, yes we are but never forget that in the real world, we would also be called patients. I fought hard and proved my point, when the private hospital terminated me for having VA medical appointments and FMLA I wanted to represent myself and future veterans. They had to get retraining as enforced by The Department of Labor.

Federal employment and EEO is another right that is blaintly unsepervised. Many of my coworkers are scare to speak out for fear of retaliation and up to termination. They request FMLA and management laughs and punishes for exercising the so called given rights. It is not the department it is the staff that reflects the negative impact to the social media and amongst other employees. Morale isssues are brought up to management as to increase impovement, the only response is you either get the job done or you are fired.
